the location was good it was easy to reach public transport and the airport.
the hotel wasn't very clean i saw dirt marks on the tiles in the bathroom they clearly hadn't been wiped the walls also had dirt marks i didn't like there was no ac in the room so it was cold but there was no way to warm it up

the room was so clean and tastefully decorated!!! the bed was super comfortable, i slept like a baby! breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, all high-quality and plentiful! the christmas decorations in the lobby created such a cozy and festive atmosphere!!!
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noises from the hallway.

the room had fabulous massive wood furniture plus a big writing desk situated near a beautiful bay window , made for an AMAZING workspace. new towels were provided every day, and the bins were cleaned regularly, the space stayed fresh.

the location was perfect with tram stations for lines 71 and 0 very close to the hotel providing easy transportation links. it took only a 30-minute walk to reach the city center. the bellvedere palace was very close making it very convenient.

the hotel is near a train station i found the rennweg station close. a tram stop is also right outside the front door. i could walk to many places from here. the room featured a comfortable bed perfect for resting after a long day.
the room had a small bathroom lacking space around the sink.

i noticed thin walls. i could hear conversations from other guests. this was occasionally disruptive.
